How do I make my pages full-width with CSS?
-
Does anyone know any code I can use to make my blog posts and pages be full width? The site I am needing help with is https://lifenowphotography.com/
On mobile it looks great, but on a computer there is lots of white space all around, and the photos at “full size” only fill a small part of the page.
Thanks so much! The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

http://momlifenow.com/ is not hosted by wordpress.com and we do not provide support for it.
You are confusing wordpress.COM hosted blogs and wordpress.ORG installs on paid hosting.
You are posting to the wrong support forum.
We provide support only for wordpress.COM hosted sites. Our support docs do not apply to
(1) local installs of wordpress.ORG software on your own server or
(2) wordpress.ORG software installs on paid hosting, and we do not provide support for them at wordpress.COM.Also, note that we do not provide Jetpack support https://jetpack.me/support/ for sites linked to wordpress.COM accounts with the Jetpack plugin so they display on the My Sites wordpress.com account page.
Some Jetpack solutions are here http://jetpack.me/support/
Others are in the Jetpack support forum at WordPress.org
http://wordpress.org/support/plugin/jetpackHowever, if help cannot be found at either one then they can file a Jetpack support ticket here > http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/?jetpack=needs-service
WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. Read the differences here http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
As you are referring to a site that is not hosted here, if you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG account, then click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right-hand corner of the page that opens, https://wordpress.org/support/register.php so you can post to the support forums there.
Resetting your WordPress.ORG password http://codex.wordpress.org/Resetting_Your_Password
WordPress.org support docs are at https://codex.wordpress.org/Main_Page

Hi @sasharo, I don’t think you will want to make pages such as about, investment and contact full width, will you? That would make the text very wide on wide monitors/browser windows, which would make the text hard to read.
Which pages are you most concerned about making wider? I assume your portfolio page and probably the pages under My 365, correct?

Thanks for your help! I was actually able to get in touch with support shortly after and found out the theme I was trying was “locked” in that size format. Luckily, there is a 30 day money back, so I’m off to look for something that will fit my style a bit better. :-)
