how do i make my web site visible to others

  I recently payed for a domain name wit wordpress to get started on my web page. But when i try to look at it from my phone or another computer is link does not work. How do i make my web site visible to the public to i can start promoting my website.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Here’s the public URL/ site address for your WordPress.com site:

  http://n-lesscreation.net/

  When you or your site visitors put that address in your browser’s address bar, you’ll see the public version of your site.
