I don’t know how to make my webpage to fit the computer screen? Instead of scrolling down in mobile devices, I would like it to appear as one screen then the user can enlarge it.

In the desktop screen, how do I control the width of the screen? meaning decrease the font size??

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Hi there,

I don’t know how to make my webpage to fit the computer screen? Instead of scrolling down in mobile devices, I would like it to appear as one screen then the user can enlarge it.

I would actually recommend against this only because mobile devices vary in lengths and widths – iPhones (have multiple sizes), Android (varies quite a bit as seen from Galaxies to Notes, etc.). Also, with tablet devices it gets even more broad with display sizes.

When it comes to enlarging a page, I find that having to zoom in on a page is not very user friendly as scrolling (a one finger movement) is easier than having to zoom in (a two finger movement) on mobile/tablet device. A more modern site would not require the need to zoom in.

However, if you would still like to have it on one page, please repost this request in the CSS Customization forum as we have staff/volunteers who may be able to help you. Again, please note that it would be difficult to take every device into consideration when doing this:

So the font size and width of the screen are not related, as the layout is determined by the theme authors and will not change. However, you can decrease the font size by changing the number next to the font style by going to Appearance > Customize > Fonts in your Dashboard as seen here:

    Screen Shot

Change the number (in the screenshot it’s at -3) to whatever you want.

Let me know if you have any questions with this!
