How do i make only post topics be visible?

Pls i need help on how to make only my post topics visible on my site such that when clicked on, the full content displays. Pls help a new entrant.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Do you want you front page to show only the titles of your posts? -

If you place the Recent Posts widget in your sidebar you can configure it to show up to 15 linked Titles to your posts. Your readers can then click the title links in the sidebar and read the whole posts.

Also note that you are using the Motion theme and that means that all Categories you assign to your posts will be displayed at the very top of the blog if you choose to set it up that way. The theme includes a drop-down categories menu. See >

I’m not sure what you mean by “make only my post topics visible.”
To make just part of each post display on the home page, you can use the more tag.
If you put a more tag as the first content, then it will make it so only a title appears on the home page followed by a link to click to read more.
To make categories or tags display in the sidebar, you can use widgets like these:
