How do I make "posts" appear on a specific page that is not the front page?

  I know this should be easy, but I am having trouble finding the answer.

  How do I show posts on a page that is the front page? In WordPress I only seem able to add the posts widget to the sidebar which only applies to the front page.

  Anybody help?

  If I’m understanding your question, you want a static front/home page and you want your blog posts to show on a different page. If that is what you are looking to do, this support doc walks you through the steps: http://en.support.wordpress.com/pages/front-page/
