How do I make Purpose theme work?

I have bought Purpose theme but am utterly confused how one sets it up, I am trying to make the front page look like the demo but there are no directions or helpful explanations.
Some instructions would be very useful, are there any online?

It isn’t the blog, it is a different one using Purpose!
