How do I make someone else the administrator?

How do I make someone else the administrator for my blog (Snowflakesarise.wordpress.com)? They need temporary access in order to add some graphics.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

They need temporary access in order to add some graphics.
They don’t need that rol (admin):
- Author – can write, upload photos to, edit, and publish their own posts.
Nothing is off-limits for Administrators, including deleting the entire site. This is why we recommend having only one administrator per blog.
