How do I make sure deleted users can't view private blog?

  Deleted users on private blog still have access. I’ve followed all the general directions but I still see stats coming in from the country they are in. They’re the ONLY ones who could be generating a stat from that country.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
