How do I make sure my domain name does not get forfeited?
-
My domain registration (www.tihidi.com) is due to expire on 01/09/2013, but I purchased a bundle on 08/15/2012 for $99 (which included space upgrade, no ads, custom design, video press and domain name and mapping).
I don’t want to lose my domain name, but I don’t want to essentially pay twice.
Thanks for your help. P.S. I looked for a phone number but can’t find one. This would have been so much easier to just call somebody to fix the problem or to discuss my options.

Hi Stacy,
I’m sorry that we don’t currently offer phone support, but I’m glad to help get this sorted out.
While domain registration dates can’t be modified, here is what I can do:
I can change the expiry date of your Value Bundle from 2013-08-15 to 2013-01-09, to sync it up with the expiry date of your domain. I can offer you $58 in credits, to be used toward your next renewal.
I would then connect your domain to your Value Bundle so you won’t have to pay anything extra when it comes up for renewal – it’ll be included in the $99 bundle price.
Just let me know if you’d like me to go ahead.

Hi Stacy, I’ve taken care of this. You can see the domain now attached to your bundle, with its new expiry date, under Store > My Upgrades. There are $58 in credits on your account as well.
Just let me know if you need anything else.
