How do I make sure pictures get seen by readers?
-
Starting today, if I click yes for “show only what was downloaded securely,” my pictures do not show up. If I click no, they do. How do I make sure the pictures are secure, so readers can see them?

Are you clicking this in your email client? If so, which client do you use for email? Images are served up over http so if you’re limiting things to https the images may not be loading properly.

Andrew, I just discovered that I’m opening from my dashboard when this happens. If I open from my browser (http://vonildawrites.wordpress.com) the pictures come up just perfectly. I want to make sure pictures are coming up for users, because I get annoyed when I’m on a site where I can’t see the pictures. BUT maybe it’s just from the dashboard I end up in https?

Yep, the Dashboard can be served over https but your images should still be appearing there. Are they not loading properly?
