How do I make the caption the fit in a slide show gallery

When placing a gallery on my website the caption extends past the blacked out section of the slide show gallery and i ca not make the gallery bigger to fit the caption. This is on the Page “Week in Pictures”
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Please provide an active link starting with http:// to the post or page the gallery is embedded into.

It seems that the caption is meant to be very short and yours are lengthy. However, I don’t know that for sure so I’ll tag this thread for Staff assistance. Another Volunteer may answer prior to Staff but I tagged the thread so it will not fall through the cracks and escape attention. Please subscribe to the thread so you are notified when they respond and please be patient while waiting.

As timethief mentioned, slideshows aren’t able to handle captions as long as the ones you’re using. They are designed to have shorter captions.
However, I’ve reported this to our team to see if we can update the slideshows feature to support longer captions. Thanks for letting us know!
