How do I make the header on a blog post appear at the top?

I recently wrote a blog post and for some reason the title/heading is appearing at the bottom of the blog post:

Hey Jodi!
Your post is assigned the “Quote” format. Can you adjust this to a standard format? Then, your title will appear at the top.
You can do that here:
https://datewithyourplate.wordpress.com/wp-admin/post.php?post=952&action=editIn the Format module on the right side of the page, choose “Standard” rather than “Quote.” Then, save your changes.
