How do I make the headings (pages) bold?

  Okay, suddenly it is working…. Why I don’t know. This very same thing happened a few days ago.

  Thanks for all your work and effort…here’s hoping I don’t have to ask this same thing again.

  @disc440, that is great that they are showing up now. I’m going to mark this thread as resolved, but if they misbehave again, feel free to post back into this thread and we will see if we can get to the bottom of what is happening.
