How do I make the name servers work?

I’m trying to setup maevealpin.com with WordPress.com I’ve completed the technical setup on your servers to successfully map my domain maevealpin.com to WordPress.com blog. I removed my Name Servers: NS23.DOMAINCONTROL.COM NS24.DOMAINCONTROL.COM
And I’m trying to put in the nameservers: NS1.WORDPRESS.COM NS2.WORDPRESS.COM
NS3.WORDPRESS.COM – following the Go Daddy’s tech support person’s instructions in full and it keeps telling me one of the name servers is invalid even though I am putting it in correctly

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there, It doesn’t appear as if your name servers have updated at GoDaddy. Here is the current domain information for your site:

    http://who.is/whois/maevealpin.com

Without those name servers pointing toward WordPress.com, your site will not map properly.

I am not sure why you are receiving an error message. Those are the correct name servers. GoDaddy will have to troubleshoot this issue for you, as we don’t have access to your account there.

Once you have settled your issues at GoDaddy, you are all set at WordPress.com to make maevealpin.com your Primary Domain. Simply click Store → My Domains. Make your custom domain your Primary and update those settings.

Please let me know if I can help further. I’m happy to assist with any trouble you’re having with your WordPress.com account settings! Wishing you the best.
