How do I make the necessary upgrades if their is no option to renew?

  Hi there – for the primary domain behavioralassociatesla.com – it states that it will run out at the beginning of April…but I do not see a button to renew it as well as the WordPress.com Premium . Can you please help me to renew the Premium upgrade and any other upgrades so the site continues to stay up and running. Also – I would like to set everything up for automatic renewal as well. Thank you.

  The problem is that while you own several of the upgrades on your site, the WordPress.com premium upgrade was actually purchased by another administrator on your site. Since the domain is bundled with that upgrade, that user needs to log in to renew the upgrade.

  If you’d like to have all the domains and the Premium plan controlled by the same account (yours) that’s also possible, I just need the current owner of the upgrade to login and let me know that is what they want as well.

  Thank you for responding so quickly.

  I am one of the administrators that handles the design and content and would like to have all the domains and Premium Plan controlled by one account, the main administrator: (email visible only to moderators and staff)

  Also, I would like to set up everything for Auto-Renew.

  Can you plan to follow up with this administrator to set everything up?

  I can move everything over to the account connected to the e-mail address you provided, but that is not the e-mail address connected with the account you are currently writing from. Could you please log into that account (or have the owner log into that account) and confirm your request from there? Thanks!

  How is the other admin Emanuel Maidenberg who owns the account for behavioralassociatesla.com supposed to contact you to confirm my request via our conversation? Can you send him a message to include him in the conversation?
