How do I make the Widescreen theme from GPP installed onto my wordpress account?

  Basically, I purchased my annual membership with Graph Paper Press so I can use their Widescreen theme for my new website. Now in the instructions it tells me that I need up upload the contents onto my theme directory on my blog. Im lost where it tells me that I have a blog. Where? and how do I find my FTP on my computer? I am really lost here..

  Uploading themes to WordPress.com is not possible.

  That feature is for self-installed WordPress.org blogs (for clarification between those two, please see this page). If you require uploading the theme, please consider installing WordPress.org software on your choice of hosting service. We also offer Guided Transfer upgrade option.
