How do I make two WP domain names direct traffic to one site?

    We named our blog differently from the domain name.The blog name is Back in River City. The original URL purchased is eddiesettles.com. Later, we purchased the domain name Back in River City.com. We want both URL’s to direct traffic to the same site, so that someone could type in either eddiesettles.com or backinrivercity.com to reach the blog. I cannot understand the WP instructions that I think refer to this. Can someone tell me in non-geekspeek how to accomplish this task? Many thanks!
