How do I manage merged blog accounts so that the active ones are predominant?

I moved two blogs that I don’t use to underneath my username for two blogs that I currently keep up with. I wanted to keep the two I don’t use in case I want to revive them later. But one of the blogs that I don’t use appears to be the predominant blog in my cluster. The reason I know this is because another blogger reblogged a post I created for one of my active blogs. I followed that blogger. Then I received word that he was following me, except he was following one of my inactive blogs. How do I fix this?

Can I make one of the active ones predominant?
Or can I “inactivate” the ones I am not using right now?
Any help on this issue would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

If you want to remove a site from appearing in the admin bar and under the My Blogs tab of the WordPress.com home page (for example, if you don’t need to access it regularly), you have the option to hide or make the blog visible on your Dashboard. http://en.support.wordpress.com/my-blogs/#my-blogs-dashboard-visibility
