How do I manage the categorías? PLEASE

  Hi, I cannot erase categories I am not using any more. Where or how do you do that?

  Also I have a misspelled category that “overrides”the one spelled correctly. It is a name that I wrote without capital letters by mistake the first time, now does not matter how many times I write it with the capital letters the category appears as it was written the first time, with the error.

  How can it be so difficult to find a category menu where you can just add, erase, and manage them in general? Seriously? Have been trying to sort this out for two days, help please.
