How do I manage the DNS settings for my domain name?

I have http://www.birthandbabynetwork.com purchased through wordpress.com – this is currently mapped to birthandbabynetwork.wordpress.com
I now need this mapped to birthandbaby.wpengine.com – wpengine do not have their own name servers. Can I change the entries on your name servers to map to this new address?
I have tried reading your help pages without success please can you advise what actions need to be taken or what options I have?
