How do I manage the image shown on the page?

  How do I manage the picture shown on the page and move it around to different location? Maybe make it smaller, so that the picture does not take over some of my text.

  For your background image, you will only be able to align the image to the left, center, or right. You can change this via the Appearance > Background page.
