how do i map a domain?

Hey there, I’m trying to map laramcpherson.com to my new laramcphersondotcom1.wordpress.com, it is telling me it is already mapped to my old laramcpherson.wordpress.com domain which I’ve since deleted. Is there an easy way to do this?
