how do i migrate from wordpress.org to wordpress.com

hi, i have my currant website abigailsinsights.com with wordpress.org and have created an updated version on wordpress.com. I would now like to switch over… is there any easy instructions that help me? I have found numerous information online about .com to .org but not the other way round… thank you

Hello there,
If you’d like to switch from your self-hosted .org site to a WordPress.com-hosted site, you can move your content by completing an export/import.
This is very similar to the information you’ve probably seen online about moving from .com → .org.
You will go to Tools → Export in your self-hosted site, and download your XML file.
You will then Import that XML file into your WordPress.com site. Here is information about running that import:
