How do I migrate my .com domain to be hosted by WordPress (I have a domain here)?
-
I have registered a .com domain in GoDaddy (www.conexusproject.com). There’s no website on yet.
So I’d like to migrate it to my WordPress domain (www.conexusproject.wordpress.com) to work with its templates and put it on.I usually find information the other way round.
Could you please help me?Thank you very much!
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

To add a domain, simply log into your WordPress.com site’s dashboard, click on Store–>Domains, click “map and existing domain”, enter conexusproject.com in the box and click the “go” button. Then just follow the instructions that appear to map your domain.
Let me know if you have any trouble.

Thank you so much!
I finally found it.
But why is WordPress charging me for that? I’ve already paid the domain, I thought WordPress was a free service… -
WordPress.com is a free service at it’s core. There is no cost to have a site here. There are optional paid upgrades that you can choose to use (or not). One of those is the options to use a custom domain. You can either register a domain with WordPress.com or use a domain you have registered elsewhere. Either option is a paid upgrade.

It really doesn’t seem to be a good deal for someone who already has a domain…
But many thanks anyway. -
