How do I move a domain name from one WordPress blog to another WordPress Blog

  I own a domain name (marketreg.com) that I mapped to a WordPress blog (marketregdotcom.wordpress.com) by mistake. I meant to map the domain name to “marketreg.wordpress.com”. I would like to delete marketregdotcom.wordpress.com, and use marketreg.wordpress.com instead.

  I am trying to update the mapping so that marketreg.com will map to marketreg.wordpress.com, but when I try to map it in the store -> domains, I get a message that the domain is already mapped to another WordPress blog.

  Is there any way to change the mapping of marketreg.com or am I stuck with things the way they are?

  Hi there,

  It looks like the domain mapping which you got for marketregdotcom.wordpress.com is part of a WordPress.com Premium bundle. Did you want to move that over to marketreg.wordpress.com as well? If not, then I’ll have to just cancel the mapping and you can repurchase it in the correct location, but if so then I can move it all over for you!
