how do i move a post to a different page

I am new to wordpress and i can’t figure out how to move a post from one page to another page. any help would be appreciated.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Posts and pages are not the same and we cannot move text from one to another automatically. It is a copy paste and delete the original job.
