How do I move a URL to WordPress?

    Need a little “how to” help. I am a pastor who is moving to a new church starting July 6. This church currently has a web site, luminaryumc.org, but the person who started it has left the church, and the site is not very good. I blog on WordPress, and would like to get the church’s web address in a similar environment so I can redo it using familiar controls. I really don’t need to import any data from the old site–I plan to simply start over. I want to keep the address, though. What do I do?
