How do I move an image from the library to my main page and post it.

    Why can I not get HUMAN TO HUMAN help on matters that can not be answered by a machine,
    Unless I ask a question put forward by someone /thing I will not get a answer,
    Why do we have to ask PARTICULAR question , but not with our own brains ( Other wise, brain dead questions ).
    Can you simplify Answers to questions, some thing like this ( Genuine question ),
    How do I send ,transfer,edit,move images ,so that I can put them on my main page ,also how do I move on my main page from left to right the images already posted ,In order to make room for the next lot of images.
    What simple straight forward answer can you give me to help me carry out these quest.
    I have copied ready to paste this message knowing that you will ask me again what I want to do ? so it will save TIME thinking what I have already asked you. Your answers below all contain ( cropping rotating ,flipping,reverting, resizing and undo/redo, NO movement of image which was in my question ? SEE,
