How do I move content from a page to a post

  I want to remove the page “Simply Tutorials”, but keep the content on that page and move it to be a post on my “Home” page. How do I do that?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Please provide a link to your blog. You could link your name to your blog by following the instructions in part 2 of the sticky-post at the top of the forum.

  I’d just copy the html from the page and paste it into the html of a new post.
