How do I move domain to bluehost, cancel refund the $99, and keep the domain so that I can transfer it at a later date.

Please go to https://personalfinanceinparadise.wordpress.com/wp-admin/paid-upgrades.php?page=my-upgrades click the “Cancel and Refund” link and you will be given an option to get a partial refund and keep the domain.
@timethief, no staff interaction is needed for this.

I would like to do the same thing, but I would also like to know what happens to my google for work account I paid for when I signed up for hosting through WordPress.

Google Apps is a separate upgrade, so you should be able to Cancel the Premium plan and see the option to pick and choose what you keep at that point (i.e. keep the domain registration) and it should not affect your email setup.
