how do i move items from my media library into a blog post?

i have spent a lot of time uploading and labeling items into my media library. I am now doing my first blog post and want to have readers be able to view what is in my media library. how do I do this?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Your Media Library cannot be viewed by visitors. It’s for media storage only.
