How do I move my followers from one self hosted wordpress blog to another?

  I am really unhappy with my current host, and am switching my blog to godaddy’s servers. How do I move my followers from my current host to my new one? I just transferred them yesterday from my .com to my current host, but I found my host to be very unreliable.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Acutally the blogs I need help with are http://mekkiec.byethost22.com and http://cavegirlculinarian.com

  The original followers came from the blog listed in the previous post.

  Just to be clear, you would like your followers from cavegirlculinarian.com moved to mekkiec.byethost22.com. Is that correct or did I flip those around?

  They were originally at cavegirlculinarian.wordpress.com, then moved to mekkiec.byethost22.com, now I would like them to be at cavegirlculinarian.com

  Make sense now? So from one self hosted to another :)
