How do I move my followers/subscribers to another wordpress.com site that I own?

  I got a new free wordpress.com URL name and I want to transfer followers and subscribers that I currently have to this new site. Can you please help?

  I want to move my followers/subscribers from stonecityblog.wordpress.com to stevendjennings.wordpress.com.

  I am in the process of importing all the content, but I need guidance on how to transfer my followers & subscribers.

  There are some tips here for moving followers between blogs.

  Note (from linked page):

  WordPress.com site to WordPress.com site
