How do I move my hosting from one website to another?

I have my website (ellenclifford.com on go daddy and I’d like wordpress to host it instead.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

It looks like you have roughed out your blog / web site here – save to your PC all the pictures and text from your Godaddy site – you are not using WordPress.ORG software so you should be able to FTP the contents to your PC in a few minutes – your Godaddy site if fairly simple
Once you have things saved – all you need to do is map your domain to here – you have a personal professional site so adding the No Ads Upgrade would also be good also

Once you change the name servers it can take 24 to 72 hours for changes to reach the far corners of the internet
