How do I move my stats and followers onto my new self-hosted site?

  Can someone please help in migrating my stats from my .com site to my .org site?

  I have also been trying to migrate my followers using the steps outlined here http://jetpack.me/support/subscription-migration-tool/ but at the point where I click the ‘Migrate’ button, nothing happens.

  My new site is http://www.multicreativeme.com Thanks.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Thanks, but that’s where I got the jetpack migration tool that I mentioned above. Nothing happens at the final stage where I click ‘Migrate’
