How do I move my Web site to Word Press

    I have had a Web site since 2010 and it is no longer online as the “host” “administrator” or whatever they are called said their new technology would not work for my old technology to keep in live online. I believe the company that hosted my site is Bluehost. I also have an email connected to my Web site that is “hosted” by RoundCube Webmail. Somehow they were able to keep that email account active. I would like to set up a Web site through Word Press using my domain (www.travelrosary.com) and have the email stay the same ((email visible only to moderators and staff)) so I can get back to my business of selling on the Internet. Is there a procedure I need to follow to make this happen?
    I am very non-technical so not sure what the right words are to describe my situation. I do have another Web site through Word Press if that makes a difference in how to get my other site up and running again through Word Press.     Do you want to host your site with us on WordPress.com, or do you want to use WordPress at Bluehost? If the latter, please contact their support directly for advice. Support for the version of WordPress you’ll be using in that case can be found at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/

    If you want to host the site with us on WordPress.com, you’ll start by creating a new site at https://wordpress.com/start/site/. To use your own domain you’ll need to upgrade to one of our paid plans, and then you can connect your domain to us using our domain mapping option and connect your email account to the domain on our end:

    If your site is an online store, you’ll likely need our Business Plan which will allow you to install an ecommerce plugin, but we do also offer options to sell products on the Personal and Premium plans:
