how do i move my wordpress.com site stats, subscribers and followers

I just moved to a self hosted site. How can i take my stats, followers and subscribers with me?

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Provide your post the URLs, Staff can move your stats after your install and activate the Jetpack plugin. For migrating subscribers the good news is you can do it yourself. First you will need to install and activate the JetPack plugin http://jetpack.me and then you follow these instructions http://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-a-blog/moving-your-subscribers/#wordpress-com-to-self-hosted-site
