  Hi, could you please let me know from the URLs of the old blog (where you are moving subscribers from) and the new one (where you are moving subscribers to)? Please note that only your email subscribers can be migrated. Your WordPress.com followers will need to re-subscribe (you can post to encourage them to do so).

  leangirlsclub.com

  the domain leangirlsclub.com did point to my wordpress.com site but I have already transferred the domain.

  I’ve migrated your email subscribers for you. Please note that your WordPress.com followers won’t see your site in the Reader following the migration, so consider posting on your WordPress.com blog inviting them to re-subscribe to the new site.
