How do I move published posts to a new page?

  Hi there,
  I love using wordpress for my travel blog, thenomadicdiaries. I’ve recently come across some spare time and figured I’d spice up my website.

  I’ve scoured the Get Help section but I can’t find what I need answered which is this:

  I’d like to create a page for each continent that I visit and put the posts relating to the countries in the continent (ie: an Australia page full of all my blogs about Australia).

  I was wondering if it’s possible to move already published posts to the pages. If so, how do I go about doing that?

  You don’t use pages per se. You use categories. It’s slick: http://wpbtips.wordpress.com/2010/06/30/posts-on-pages/
