How do I move stats and followers from wordpress.com to wordpress.org?

I saw on another support thread that you guys handle this after I install and activate the JetPack subscription feature and announce my move on my old blog. The old URL is mindsafire.wordpress.com and the new URL is minds-on-fire.org/blog/.

Hi ysetteguevara,

I believe you are referring to the Guided Transfer. The Guided Transfer is a one-time fee of $129.00 per blog transferred, and is available for purchase from the Store.

The article above says that this include the movement of the followers and the stats.

Is this what you were referring to?

Thanks for your response. I believe that I already purchased the Guided Transfer (will doublecheck). I already have JetPack and the old URL already points to the new URL. But none of my followers (via Reader) and email subscribers have been transferred. Not sure what to do now.

Hi there!

I’m happy to transfer your followers! However, I don’t see a Jetpack linked site minds-on-fire.org/blog/. I do see demo.minds-on-fire.org. If you’ve changed the location of this site, you’ll just need to disconnect and reconnect your site.

Let me know when you’ve done that and I’ll transfer your followers!

Sorry for the lag. Just got back from a trip. I’ve linked JetPack to minds-on-fire.org, but I’m unsure how to unlink from the demo site. Please let me know what the next step is. Many thanks!

Ah. Now I see that de/activate is different from dis/connect. I think I’ve managed to reconnect.
