How Do I move Subscribers from .com to .org

  We are considering moving our blog over to another domain and using the wordpress CMS as the backend of our new blogging site however we do not want to do this unless we can move all of our 100+ subscribers who have signed up with our current blog: tourismkelowna.wordpress.com – can you tell me, is this possible?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
