how do i move subscribers to my new site?
-
Step 4 in “Moving your subscribers” says: Once your Jetpack is connected and ready to go, and you’ve informed your readers about your upcoming move, contact us and we’ll move your subscribers for you.
This is where the “contact us” link brought me, and then sends me in a circle again and again. I would like to know how I ask WordPress.com to move my subscribers for me, as they have indicated they would.
Thank you.

Not to worry as you have posted to the right place. Provided you have installed and activated the JetPack plugin http://jetpack.me on your WordPress.org install, and you post the relevant URL(s) into a forum thread, Staff will do the transfer of both subscribers and stats for you. Do that now please as I have tagged this thread for their attention.

Thank you.
The old site can be found at pennstateresearchmatters.wordpress.com.
The new site is through my employer, and is powered by WordPress, located here: http://researchmatters.psu.edu/
Please let me know if there’s any other information needed!

Hi Tori,
After looking into your account, I found that the Jetpack site in your account is this:
sites.psu.edu/researchmatters/
and not researchmatters.psu.edu/.
Let me know if that’s the site you want me to transfer the subscribers to.
Thank you all!

My apologies — yes, sites.psu.edu/researchmatters/ is the site I would like the subscribers transferred to.
Thank you!

Hi there,
Thanks for the confirmation! Your subscribers have been transferred as requested!
Feel free to reach out if you have any questions!

Hi Grace
I’m in the same boat as indivero. I’ve installed jetpack and provided my URL’s in a new forum post I started about getting my followers and subscribers transferred over yesterday but know one has got back to me yet I was wondering if you would be able to transfer mine over?
Best,
Natalie -
Thanks, Grace. How can I see that my subscribers have been transferred? The only place I can think to look [under “Blog Subscriptions (Jetpack)], still says I have 7 subscribers — which is how many I had before the transfer.
Thanks again for your help —

After looking into your account, I found that you have multiple WordPress.com sites. Can you please specify exactly which site you want your subscribers transferred from and which site you want them transferred to?
@indivero-
I have transferred the following subscribers:
WP.com Subscribers: 28
EMail Subscribers: 25Please check one more time. They have been transferred to:
sites.psu.edu/researchmatters/
