How do I move the post comments section in Chaotic Soul

I’ve had 700 visits and no comments, I think partly because the leava a comment is at the top of each post, I want it at the end.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

The comments link in the ChaoticSoul theme doesn’t have any classes or ids to grab on to in order to make a change like that with CSS only.
But also, I don’t think the link placement is necessarily the issue because the comment form itself is always at the bottom of the post when someone is viewing the post directly, such as at http://thejudge13.com/2012/09/27/schumacher-legend-or-just-a-cheat-like-armstrong/
