How do I move the tags from the top to the bottom of each post in Vigilance?

  I want to move the tags which automatically appear at the top of each post I make, to the bottom of the post.

  Does anyone know if this is possible in the wordpress.com free version of Vigilance?

  The only way to do that requires purchasing an annually renewable custom design upgrade http://en.support.wordpress.com/custom-design/ and then doing the required CSS editing. http://en.support.wordpress.com/custom-design/editing-css/
