How do I navigate i.e., link at the top to go to the bottom on same page?

  How do I navigate across the same page? For example in a Index page….how can I create a link at the top and direct it to a list at the bottom of the same page?

  I did try to look at already open/resolved questions on the forum but unable to pin-point what I would exactly need to achieve this on my blog.

  Any help is appreciated!

  Unfortunately, that would take some template modifications that are not possible at WordPress.com.
