How do I navigate to pages

  navigate between pages for example from home to about us to contact, etc…

  The Admin login link for every blog hosted by wordpress.COM is:
  http://NAME_OF_BLOG.wordpress.com/wp-admin/

  All you need to do is replace NAME_OF_BLOG with your actual blog name in the URL.

  To Add New Posts > Dashboard > Posts > Add New

  https://NAME_OF_BLOG.wordpresscom/wp-admin/edit.php

  To Add New Posts > Dashboard > Pages > Add New

  https://NAME_OF_BLOG.wordpress.com/wp-admin/post-new.php?post_type=page

  There is nothing wrong with your blog.

  By default, the front page of the blog is the only page that will display all published posts on it. As soon as you publish a post, not a page, the error message will be gone. http://en.support.wordpress.com/post-vs-page/
