How do I obtain my CSR (Certificate Signing Request)?

  I need my CSR from wordpress to activate my SSL. However, wordpress has no way of helping me obtain my CSR for my site. I called their support line to help me figure it out, but they said if they helped me get my CSR they would charge me. How can I get my CSR from wordpress without being charged for needing help?
