How do I obtain WordPress IP address?

  How do I transfer domain from outside registrar to WordPress? I need to point an already purchased domain hosted at an outside registrar to my new wordpress site and need an IP address in order to do so. Thank you!!

  There is no permanent static IP address for any WordPress.com blog. All IPs are dynamic ie. ever changing. Therefore WordPress.com does not purport to provide static IP addresses.
