how do I open a chat to continue with my problem

  My problem is to open a chat- that was started yesterday. My problems with the change are escalating with each turn – because I cannot continue the chat. I have had terrible experiences with customer support before but I am finding that wordpress is climbing the ladder to first in line. Even now I have to log a question in a public forum.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
