How do i opt in to recieve email subscribtions

  When i try signing up for email newsletter from sites its telling me i opted out to not recieve them but i didnt do it how can i fix this

  What is the URL of the site you refer to above that tells you that you have opted out?

  Are you referring to a site hosted by wordpress.COM or not?

  Type the URL in here to determine who hosts the site http://www.whoishostingthis.com/

  Therees a bunch of different one saying this but i never opted out of them ill go through alll them and include in my email

  Can you confirm the URL of the site where you are seeing the opt out message?
